See on the news people have died taking BAD drugs. When will these kids learn, take only GOOD drugs

Well if the supply of drugs where regulated by the government then the kids may be guaranteed only the GOOD stuff.

Costly business this war on drugs failure, the state could quite easily price out the street dealers and use the profits to cut the deficit.
