Well if the supply of drugs where regulated by the government then the kids may be guaranteed only the GOOD stuff.
They're to busy coverung up the paedo stuff to do anything sensible!

My advice would be to feck off to India and get your own guru ala the beatles.
Costly business this war on drugs failure, the state could quite easily price out the street dealers and use the profits to cut the deficit.
