In 1946, Deanna Durban was the second highest paid woman in the United States, just behind Bette Davis,[2] and in 1947 she was the top-salaried woman in the United States. Her fan club ranked as the world's largest during her active years. She passed away in 2013, pretty much unnoticed.
Yet Judy Garland still gets all the limelight. Deanna was said to have saved Universal Studios from bankruptcy in 1937.
i prefer a deanna durbin film to a judy garland film.
this is not a gay thread. Much.

Garland is a legend who was unfortunately exploited in turn
by her Mother, the Studios and her husbands, she died way too young. As for the programme??!!I know it was years old but Les Mis behind Buffy the Musical!!!! who votes for these lists? |
