Alien in a metal suit, at least 7 feet tall, shoulders wide enough to make it go sideways through a normal doorway

Alien punches a soldier who is over 6 feet and about 250 pounds - he flies back 25 feet, hits a wall, and falls to the floor.

Alien then grabs 2nd soldier by the neck, over 6 feet tall,  bigger than the first soldier, throws him 25 feet over the computer banks, where he hits a wall, and falls to the floor.
