I'm visiting the old folks so I'll probably have a few samples of my old mans favourite single malt, have a nice steak and watch a good film. Not very rock and roll but I hate spending NYE out.

Will be clearing up the community centre after another hectic nights partying by the local OAPS, you'd be surprised how energetic some of them are compared to others who start nodding off just after 9...!

I will be spending a quiet night in with Mr Makybe. We will have a nice meal and I have some good things lined up for us to watch on TV. We may or may not make it till midnight. Happy New Year everyone |

My mum hasn't been well of late acquiese. Plus they live 200 miles from me in the middle of nowhere. Would seem a tad inappropriate if I turned up and went out on the lash. Plus the nearest pub is about half an hr away!
