Just finished mine. Absolutely delicious.

Got to give credit to mum. Watching her dive about with the pans, trays, plates, sorting out the timing and everything else. I couldn't do it in a million years.

Guinea Fowl here - one of the best xmas lunches I have ever cooked. Very pleased.  I love christmas.  Ego well pumped ha ha!!!
