Ordered some xmas stuff online was asked what time I would like to pick it up. I ticked the 6am-8am box. Received two txt reminders with those details in the message. Turned up at 6.10am only to be told the store did not open till 7am! I even asked customer services what time they opened last week when I was in there and was told 6am..Shambles!
Got a sorry but was not allowed in the store to start filling the trolley as they had already turned away another shopper and it was breaking council regs etc..Also told it said 7am on the website but why would I need the website when I had two txts???
I feel some compensation due....Didn't have a go at the young lad sent to 'deal'with me as it wasn't his fault.

Pumphol, would you write to the store or head office? Was going to leave it but feel a little annoyed!

Make a subliminal complaint. Keep saying that you were Christmas hamper-ered by the store policy.

LOL

Two school's of thought, the store or go higher.

Personally I would write to the store with your grievance, threatening to take it higher, your probably get something from the store.
Whether you do or don't I would then write a letter higher up, telling them either you failed to get a response from the store or you got a response but feel what they have offered is derisory, which a bit of luck you should get something  if not once but twice Happy
