Ordered some coffee from them as a Xmas gift, and order acknowledged with anticipated delivery on the 18 December, and a promised e-mail confirming dispatch.

Sent a message yesterday on their contact form and not a word.

Hung onto the 0800 phone number for almost a quarter of an hour with only the recorded message saying "thanks for your patience".

In the end I was screaming "I'm not being fekking patient just answer the fekking phone"!

Oh, and the other aggravating thing is that the poncey tw@ts have their ordering, and contact forms as italics which are difficult to read.
