Rarely go in betting shops but this guy was a fackin nutter, talking to roulette maching. Not sure of his nationality but he looked similar to the gentlemen who are very good at washing your car anywhere in the UK.

And still he kept playing. I have heard about peoples addiction but I did not think it would be this bad. I had to leave but does anyone know if talking to the machine actually works ?

of course it doesn't. There's a chap on politics forum called ExtremeX who talks to his blow up doll and he's still not hit the jackpot.

I would imagine it's the same syndrome as a guy we had in our bookies known as "shakey", he would ride the finish on every horse he backed. He would have put many Jockies to shame, but his whip action would have picked up numerous bans.

I seen a bloke wo used to walk away and do a little dance on every spin ,then would stand rubbing his hands gleefully when a winning spin ,a bit later he ended up head butting the machine several times ,he also made several trips to the cash point ..
