Did it once a while back.
I once answered the phone and stupidly agreed to a telephone survey (not betfair). The questions just kept coming and coming and I looked a my watch, had already taken 20 minutes, I asked and I wasn't close to finishing. I now just refuse any straight off as it was taking the michael, it was completely counterproductive to such companies. If I ever am so bored as do try one again, first question I'll ask them is "how long will this take"? It's like doing unpaid work benefitting them and giving you nothing in return. First rule of any survey must be to be as short as possible. |

Done one and companies get paid for this and companies like betfair believe the results. No wonder betfair are slowly going downhill.
