Can't find an "offician in running" thread for this so for those who've been following the case, they've just thrown it out of court.
The Spanish Association of Christian Lawyers has just lost a case over a giant clunge dressed in the shape of the Virgin Mary - because the perpetrators couldn't be identified. The four-foot clunge had been paraded through Malaga, resulting in the lawyers laying the case according to Spanish newspaper The Olive Press.
Article 525 of the Codigo Penal states: “Those found guilty of offending the feelings of members of a religious denomination, do publicly, orally, in writing or by any type of document, shall incur the penalty of eight to 12 months in prison.”
While the judge agreed that the protesters broke the law, the case was closed because none of the offenders could be comprehensively identified.
The protest took place on March 8 to mark International Women's Day. Protesters also carried a coffin through the streets, marking the 'death of worker's rights'. . http://www.timeslive.co.za/world/2014/12/19/virgin-mary-giant-vagina-case-thrown-out-of-court

I think the judge may have offended their feelings with that ruling...give him 8 months
