The boxing at Wetherpoons is usually pretty on a Friday night.
It's like the good old days my dad used to tell me about. The blokes would get drunk in the pub and then come out and start fighting. Half of them would end up in in the canal. Then it was a case staggering back home soaking wet to give the wife a good hiding if she opened her mouth and said one word. And a good hiding if she didn't. Those were the days. |
