Hey Flanders, bad day at the rat races? 'Yeah, a crazy guy shot a bunch of people and the subway ran over my hat.'

That court is a disgrace and determined to destroy private enterprise.

In an earlier edition of the article the man was quoted as saying "I don't see myself as disabled. We hope the outcome is that it's not OK just to fire a person because they're fat, if they're doing their job properly."

So the court rules that he is disabled and wasn't doing his job properly but that was the employer's fault.

If this is the case then I would suggest that, like is going to happen with wimmin, there should be no bar to the obese fighting on the front line with our gallant troops. They would serve as good cover in the event of a sniper attack.

Bloody hell that plod is beyond a joke, he must be about 5 or 6 stone overweight at least. How is he supposed to chase after the baddies carrying all that timber? Absolutely disgraceful for a policeman to be so obese like he is.

once upon a time there used to be a few Flying Squad officers that looked like him though. You'd see them in London handcuffed to some scrote, who might as well be tied to a truck

I've just read this about a club in Kent banning fat people from entering. Hey, I've got an idea love, why don't you stop eating kebabs and chips and do a bit of exercise and maybe they'll let you in next time.

That was traffic cop, many of them fight for that job these days as it invlves little excercise, apart from dragging that huge frame from the car door to the kebab shop on the way back from being parked up in a speed trapSad

If I was his boss I'd wire his jaws shut or suspend him til he was a reasonable size to do the job. That is absolutely obscene for a policeman to be massively obese like that.

I remember reading of cases where members of our armed forces have been unable to claim disability allowances after losing limbs whilst serving and being discharged.
But stuff your lardy ar$e with big macs & pizza and just sign here for this weeks cheque.
Hell in a handcart.

We should encourage obese people to take up sport. They should not be barred from serious competition.

I have an idea for the winter Olympics. Fat people sliding down the bobsleigh run on their arses. I'd watch.

You know at the airports where they have a frame that your cabin luggage has got to be able to go in and out of.
Why not have a similar metal frame like seat, that the lard arses have to squeeze their fat arses into.
If they can't get their arse in, or they can get it in but then can't get it out. They should be told that they can't fly.

For those that get seriously stuck in the frame, the sides will be removable to allow them to be released.

We don't want to embarrass fat people in public by weighing them.
I think that would be very wrong.

Any employer looking to recruits new members of staff will now presumably do their utmost to avoid employing the obese?

And so another sector of our community is made virtually unemployable as a result of ludicrous legislation.

The EU and legal elite are creating a 'Professional Victim' phenomenon.

We will need an advocate for Obese affairs. Maybe call them the "Heavyweight Champion".
