When's the last day for 2nd class postage?

I've got lots of 1st class stamps, I get one sent out to you through the post.

I can't remember the last time I used a second class stamp.

Must be my least favourite job. I'd rather clean 10 cat litter trays than send one batch of cards. Hate it.

I suppose it comes down to instinct when you purchase them.

Well I wouldn't normally post 2nd class, but am feeling dog rough, can't manage to 600 yards to the supermarket.

Yeah I had a missus once, I had no friends at the point of my life either.

At this time of year does the Post Office actually distinguish between 1st and 2nd class post? I'd say they just chuck them all in together.

Do you actually need a stamp? I posted a birthday card to a mate last month, then noticed I still had the stamp in my pocket the next day. Straight afterwards I got a text from him thanking me for the card and for the blow I'd struck against profiteering capitalism.

Today.  But they all put them in the same bag.  Who cares?  Evens they'll be opened to see if there's any money in them or thrown in a ditch because it's too tedious to deliver them.
