No................had approx. 8 JPS'es though, 3 cups of black coffee and three cups of tea - black with one sugar. Sheesh! No breakfast - Humous and Cucumber sandwich for lunch.  Steames fish, Steamed Greens, Jacket Potato (with butter) carrots and peas and Tomato  for evening meal......that's the way I roll. (Might have a glass (or even two) of Chardonnay whilst watching 'The Lost Honour of Christopher Jefferies).

P.S. - My old man enjoys a different quisine ....so I substitued the steamed fish with Cottage Pie and Gravy (both home -made)and omitted the tomato - he's probably had 10 L & B's during the course of the day and 5 - 6 cups of P.G. Tips with milk and one sugar.
