Hotpoint Washer Won't Spin

Even by hand! It's jammed somehow/somewhere. Took the back off checked the belt which was fine. Before it got permanently jammed it was chucking out some bad noises and chewing up my clothes.

Getting access to the drum in like some crystal maze game.

I've booted the drum about a bit but no luck.

What do we reckon, bin it?
