Some years ago I paid regularly for prescriptions,then I went to a different pharmacy and was asked if I paid I said not if I can help it.
After reading the prescription the pharmacist informed me I did not have to pay as one item was exempt from payment.

I know someone who is pretending to move back the other way to get hospital treatment.
