Faux pas in timing and faux pas in detail. Pretty Boy Floyd was killed at the start of the film, but he wasn't killed until 3 or 4 months after Dillinger, and he wasn't killed by Purvis either. Back to the film... |

Did the FBI kill Dillinger, or did the police? A lot of the facts about Dillinger aren't clear.

That fat bastard was okay when he was punching a woman less than half his size while she was handcuffed to a chair, but crapped himself when Dillinger turned to face him, despite the fact he had him in his gunsight.
Reminds me of some of the people on here over the years - a total Lloyds banker. Would have been better if Agent Winstead had clubbed him with a gun butt in the police station imo. |

I thought Bonnie and Clyde was brilliant when it came out (1967?)
But when you see the photos of the real B&C you can see how Hollywood glamourise everything. |
