Sounds like normal service on their crappy poker site.

Just unbelievable. Tried everything and it is still the same. Last post on the poker forum was the 22nd November!!! Just shows how far it has slipped, used to be at least a couple of hundred per day.
CS reaction on the phone is as expected - no reported issues, are you using a wireless set up, nothing wrong at our end it must be you... |

I used to be a regular poster on the forum. We're talking about 10 years ago though. Been downhill ever since they ditched Cryptologic, hard as that would have been to believe at the time.

Running the task manager via Ctrl+Alt Del, I see I-Poker is using 50%+ of my CPU resources. This despite me building a fast PC and having 12GB of RAM installed. It's also happening on Paddy Power so it's I-Poker wide and not a Betfair only issue.
This isn't the first time this problem has happened. I done like you have and tried everything to cure the problem including restarting my PC. I'm glad at least I know that the problem is not on out end. |

No Ovalman - you are wrong. There is no problem except with your set up, my set up and the three other people who tried to play but gave up!!!
Joking aside, cheers for the reply, can give up for the night. Absolute lottery - just had 2 seconds to decide once the cards had turned over for a $200 dollar pot - waste of time. |

I got on to support but as you say it's useless, he ended up disconnecting me. All I wanted was him to pass on my comments to the I-Poker engineers but he told me there was nothing wrong on their end. Surely they'd know by the drop in numbers that there is a problem.
At least you know the problem isn't just yours. |
