Seems to be a common theme evolving.
Inebriation, dependency then jail.
These programmes show desperation that occurs everywhere when you are on the wrong side of the glass ceiling.
Even when you have a job in those communities you still have nowt.
It's wrong to say people don't have responsibility for their own actions, but desperation when so present leads humans down very similar paths time and again, not that people from privilege can comprehend I suspect.

What a sorry state it was to see the little guy attempt to get 'his dole' from the cash machine at 1AM in the rain (and it not even being there) or when he scored a counter payment for crisis and immediately purchased some crap from a take away and alcohol.
If the community is continually served up to enterprise under the pretence that all profit is good then how will it changeable?
