Hey, my laptop is about 3 years old and has plenty of miles, but recently its been freezing onto a black screen and just staying on meaning i have to switch it off at powere button, should i be worried or maybe its something minor?

the only help i can do is, if you have extended memory, ie in the bottom. remove it and see how you get on.

no idea wat that means sonko, it did ask me to do a disk check and it hasnt froze since, was omly 20 mins ago mind lol
