Chuka repeatedly won't answer question about immigration as to whether the current amount is too many or too little. Sums up Labour, looking both ways at once. By not saying the amount, he won't alienate the people (say on the left) who want lots of immigration if he says it's too high, but by attacking Cameron for not getting the amount down, he's trying to appeal to UKIP style voters by implying in some way he does think it's too high.

Regardless of what you think about the subject this is 100% Labour these days, never take a stance or say what you believe or even IF you actually believe in anything, always point scoring and politicing.

An hour of Selected (antagonistic panelists) answering plotted questions, that have absolutely no bearing on changes to our daily lives. Fodder for the dumbed down, cheer/shout at the telly, that will get the job done

I mean just look at the crap this week from Labour, they got into trouble last week for looking down on the working classes, so they quickly role out some class war rubbish attacking private schools (again) to try and show their class war credentials to White Van Man, when they themselves mostly send their kids to private schools. Utterly pathetic.

The irony of the Tristram Hunt story is that the ex head, Mark Beard who made the comment about bigotry wasn't head when Tristram was there. Giles Slaughter was. Reporting him as Tristrams "old headmaster"

I stopped watching this from the week they had Eddi Reader on it.
Bad enough the politicians dodging the questions but the celebs talkin chyte has ruined this programme.

Has Farage been on lately?  Some people moan that he gets on QT too often. Like him or loathe him he normally gives a straight answer.

I remember the Eddi Reader episode, was like she was sucking a lemon while patronising anyone who didn't view the world with her nationalist tunnel vision. Came across an absolutely awful woman.

Farage has been on TV this week, I think he was on the Daily Politics.

If Labour lose the election surely milliband resigns.  Then who?  Chukka umunna, if he runs, must surely be a good shout if the price is right... Ticks all the boxes.  Who else?  Balls, Harperson, cooper can barely name any others.

Chuck is 33-1 to be next PM.  Ie if he cameron wins next year and chuck gets labour leadership and then wins in 2020 the bet wins.  Long time to wait mind.

I'm disappointed to see Salmond has come back on again in a change of outfits with a fake English accent.

It was funny a few weeks back watching Umuna getting ripped a new one by Andrew Neil. He looked like a rabbit in the headlights and then the rabbit a few seconds later.
