Thing is my one 4 years old working fine!
The Panasonic I had befor lasted 12 years !!
I DONT work for Panasonic but everything I've had never packed up!

mine was a Panasonic with a matching video recorder, you used to scan a folder to set the record times. Both stolen in a burglary when we lived in Burton.
 model was discontinued so that was also a bit of a bummer. |

One of the very first widescreen Sony Trinitrons. The last proper, cathode-ray set I owned before they disappeared for ever.
Best picture ever imo. Lasted well over a decade. |
