Thinking of belatedly making the step into the ebook world  (everyone who does seems to be a convert)

Research suggests that a Kindle rather than a Tablet is the way to go for a prolific reader.  Would Chit Chat concur?

Also has anyone got the new Kindle Voyage and is it worth it over and beyond the Kindle Paperwhite?

Thanks

I've got a basic kindle which I managed to set up myself and I am totally non-tech minded. A tablet can do more but for reading the kindle is better because the battery lasts much longer before it needs charging.

If you have a headache I find a tablet is best, but for starting campfires kindle is best.

Kindles for text. Tablets for pictures and diagrams (there is a Kindle app for tablets). Reading on tablets gives me a headache or at least eyestrain after a bit, probably due to the aggressive backlighting.
