Indeed. Our biggest growth sector is the grievance industry. You can't move for bellends taking offence to something.

Not good enough I'm afraid Capt. You need to shriek it followed by a convulsion preferably accompanied by projectile vomiting. So we know you can really feel it.

I really can't understand the fuss. If it wasn't so pathetic it would be laughable.

Pity it wasn't a subject on QT. Some of them would have made a meal of it.

It's ok to call Chinese chinkys, which it is, and Jews like to make lots of money. You couldn't make it up, to use the Betfair cliche.

The power of the twitter warriors is staggering , shame they can't concentrate om the grooming issues and the rape of thousands of young girls that are shaming councils and police forces up and down the country .
Mind they are still fuming that no horses were killed in the Grand National again in April....... |

If he had made a derogatory comment about Muslims, Wigan would have a crowd of 500,000 at their next home match

Dave Whelan single handedly ruined my gym!
First off by replacing the stylish JJB logo with a hideous red, black and white sign that he pretty certainly "designed" himself on the back of a "f@g packet" and looks like a warehouse clearance. Not content with that he replaced equipment that was just fine, and stylish, with the blue and turquoise cohesive scheme. The bikes were changed just at the start of "The Olympics" and the TVs haven't worked ever since. He changed the cross trainers and the new ones have no TV at all. The high level TVs were changed, but minus three of them. The new equipment is upholstered in cheap, hard, black vinyl which was showing problems within a couple of months. Next he hit the cafe by ditching the as new contemporary furniture and made it look like "Debenhams", in many shades of brown! In what was obviously a commercial move, the gym sink/drinking fountain was put out of service, therefore forcing members to get drinks from the machines. I could go on but..................... ![]() |

You are out of breath because you don't go to the gym any more?

Well it was quite harrowing getting that lot off my chest so will go for a lay down...

It's events like this that are responsible for the fear of being labelled a racist, for virtually innocuous of comments or actions, that led to the 10+ years of widescale sexual abuse in Rotherham.

By:
Sadly that's very true, Clydebank..
Yet why can we see that and not people in positions of authority? |

Strange world we live in, a few thousand upset on tw@tter and that means the whole nation is.
Internet is going to destroy free speech. |

I was very disappointed in Whelan.
I though he had more about him than fold so easily and make a grovelling apology to these fools. When will somebody say "I stand by everything I said and if you are so pathetic that you are offended by it then tough" |
|
By:
well said d

By:
so true clydebank and its not just rotherham.
I put a lot of blame on the PC brigade for these groups of asians getting away with what they did for all those years. Scaring people into not standing up for the fear of being branded a racist. And the i see the "kick it out campaign" as quite a racist organisation. |

Wigan chairman Dave Whelan has been charged by the Football Association over comments he made about Jewish and Chinese people in an interview
If Cloughy Or Shankly had said something similar nobody would have batted an eyelid. Can't they see it was just an anachronistic off the cuff remark that someone of Dave's vintage would make. Dave is a top man and has served the game admirably leave him be for pity's sake. |
