a friend was unfairly fired from his job..went to no win no fee company...
they accepted his case and filed the claim..the employer has 4 weeks to respond
after 5 weeks my pal says what is happening?..no win no fee company say claim sent on 15th but not acknowledged until the 27th!!..are they extracting the michael and what can be done about it?..registered mail unheard of?
is it worth complaining about the company that are representing him?.ty chaps
