We have a bloke (not from these shores) who from dawn until late night 7 am until 10pm at least walks the streets of wiso 7 days a week picking up **** butts . . Goes to the same place smokes what he has found repeats time and time again . . .He has done this in the same clothes for at least 6 months in all weathers (fook knows what he does when they are soggy)

Winters coming he is in a right state now shoes have worn out he is basically barefoot, at first i just thought you dirty knut but now i feel sorry for the poor bloke he obviously aint right in the head, but what can be done??

I asked a copper all he said was "What can he be arrested for? PICKING UP LITTER?"

DONT GET ME WRONG HE DOES NOT HASSEL ANYONE IN FACT HE GETS NASTY IF ANYONE OFFERS HIM A CIGGIE.

BUT THIS CANT BE RIGHT SURELY POOR SOD.Sad

Dunno how the caps lock came onCry

^ That rather goes some way to explaining it then. Happy

Typical response from the 'caring copper' Cry, though...

"What can he be arrested for?"

if he wanted to get out of that state he can - it is just a mind issue and all he would have to do is ask the church or local charities for help...some people just do not want to be helped and like to continue to be the victim unfortunately (I asked my Mum who is a top Psychologist in UK and done loads of cases at old Bailey / St.Albans Crown court) - she knows her onions - unlike this fella

Walking up Park Drive no doubt, maybe he was once a Player in a Senior Service. Take him to the nearest Embassy and sit him down on a Chesterfield.

Might get his (Capstan) full strength back.

Maybe the Salvation Army could help.

Are they aware of him?

It's very sad that anyone should live like this.

There was a woman locally who did the same thing. When she died about 15 years ago she left 800,000 quid in the bank.
