Why is it now virtually mandatory to describe any female under the age of 18 or so who dies or is killed as having been 'bubbly'?
Is this
(a)regarded as some kind of virtuous characteristic which must be ascribed to heighten the sense of tragedy -or
(b)is it actually the case that bubbly young females are indeed more likely to have their lives tragically cut short ? It's amazing how gun-toting maniacs seem able to isolate bubbly females for early despatch when on a shooting rampage.
If it's (a) -then it's nothing but a tiresome cliche , if it's (b) it's a fascinating socio-psychological phenomenon but more importantly parents should be trying to knock the bubbliness out of their progeny to avoid the extra risk of premature demise.

I thought bubbly meant they were fat, ugly, thick and a waste of space.
I saw the news earlier about the 5 teenagers killed in a car crash, all in the same car.
Each one got a description, promising footballer, keen boxer, liked by school mates, etc, etc.
Not one was described as an intelligent or an 'A' student.
Perhaps you can't be 'ordinary' any more if you're young.

I suppose it's a bit more of a description of the person and personality, rather than academic potential which might been seen as rather cold.

it has to be one of the biggest rip offs ever, where realistically it surely cant be worth more than £15 a bottle, and where
people are deemed to be cheapskates if they don't spend at least twice that!

As long as "bubbly" doesn't describe there habits when submerged in a bath after a curry supper I can't see any objection!
Bubbly means they are probably hyper-active and would drive you mad after about half an hour
And probably hyper-active due to all the sugar the fat bints consume.
If you saw the American woman on CDWM a couple of days ago, maybe she would be described by some as "bubbly"!
She was so fekking aggravating that I wanted to give her a seriously good slapping.
