Wednesday morning but kept in the fridge.

I had some bacon and eggs for lunch this Wednesday past and picked up some black pudding from the butchers to go with it, I have some left and want to eat it with dinner tonight.

I've no idea about this stuff, will it still be good or does it go off quickly?

Depends how dry the recipe is. But I'd expect any sort to last three or four days in the fridge no problem.

The best test is to smell it. If you can get close enough to smell it, then it's OK. Put it this way, I think you'd know if it had gone off.

No worries, I do like black pudding and would eat that no problem whatsoever.

Make sure you cut it up before eating it. You don't want to struggle with it like poor old Tulisa. Plain

White pud is a far superior product imo!
