Just spent a few days in the hospital with my boy and for me it's watching Peep Show. Laughing at the absurdities of Mark and Jez's lives makes me forget my worries for a bit

Hank, I have spent the last two weeks going to King's College Hospital every day for about three hours. It gets me down but I have to do it as I'm the only sibling left in London now. What cheers me up is helping other visitors and patients and sharing out the goodies I bring that Ma doesn't want. The old biddy in the oppposite bed to Ma got a slice of quiche and bag of liquorice alsorts which she seemed very pleased about.
Another thing that has cheered me up is that my niece has edited a book which has been published, I haven't read it yet though but fair play to Lucy.

I like to take drugs & watch deep dark eery stuff , before I eventually feel normal again
as much as I love Fools & Horses if I'm low it just doesn't interest me & wouldn't even utter a laugh
The thing that really cheers me up though is nature & wildlife programs , reminds me of what a brutal world it really is & then I get on with hunting for more food
