My experience with Orange has been that the people who answer the phone are very helpful BUT the company seems not to care very much.
1) help desk closed half the time 2) online account pages are at best unreliable 3) no easy-to-reach status page for widespread outages (for customers or help desk staff) 4) 50p to jump the queue is taking the mick Number (3) in particular would be very easy to implement. |

yeah, definitely agree with 4) I only had to hold for about a minute this afternoon, obviously different at peak times
apparently the online account pages work ok in IE, but they are working on a fix for chrome issues |
