Saw the film the other week. Was a bit disappointed but the guy playing Robbo (James McEvoy?) was great. Trainspotting a much better book though, imo.

Trainspotting the best book ever. The prequel, skag boys, must be in the top 5 absolutely brilliant it was. Filth and Glue both very very good. Will have to read porno one day, just wish they would change the front cover.

I found Porno to be quite disappointing Rob. Wouldn't put you off reading it but it's not in the same class as the others. Still has its moments.

Right oh. Skag boys got mixed reviews iirc but I thought it was absolutely brilliant. Twice as long as trainspotting, and almost, not quite, but almost as good.
