Utter nonsense
Paula Hitler lived in Vienna and Germany after the war as Paula Wolff and died in Berchtesgaden. There is no indication that she ever visited the UK, much less lived off UK benefits. She lived off Austrian benefits when she was a child and during the war was supported by her brother.
