In the Mirror today

George Weiss told the Mirror Lucan had “snapped” after a kitten he gifted his wife and family was anonymously posted through his letterbox with its throat slit.

A good a case as any to kill his wife, cats are worth more than human beings

Just a pity he killed the wrong person. He always was a bit of a loser. But I have always felt sympathy for him.
Lord Aspinall messed him up.

Now I positively like him, poor old luckyHappy

I am relying on Kenny Mann to back me up here

haven't seen that today. Why did Aspinall mess him up Ebul? with the gambling? or turning him against his estranged wife over custody? Or something else?

Aspinall was not a very nice man.

He persuaded Lucan to try and commit his wife so he could continue gambling unhindered...this backfired badly on lucky
He lost his money and access to his children.

The only reason Aspinall did this, was he knew a mug when he saw one, although he some peculiar ideas Aspinall,
that was from the Drama they showed a couple of years ago

I always though Lucan was more a victim than a bad man.
Still gambling was his downfall, a warning to us all on here

chit chat is really strange, soft spot for a murderer who bludgeoned his nanny to death because he was a mug punter Plain

I sympathize with fellow mug puntersBlush

It was a pity he killed his nanny r.i.p, but that was a mistake, it should have been his wife

who in my opinion would have fully deserved it after what she did to that kitten

He was an alleged murderer. Nobody knows whether he definitely did it or not. In fact its possible that he himself was murdered along side the nanny and then they disposed of his body and blamed him for killing the nanny.

Is this Aspinall fellow the one who plunged his money into zoo and conservation?

Couldn't have been all bad then. Couldn't have had much respect for human life though. I mean he told his zookeepers to get in with the Tigers Crazy

Aspinall done a lot to help human beings (although he done it quietly) and endangered species.
