Is there somewhere on the eBay 'my account' settings that tells me the EXACT time & day when I'm able to leave feedback?
I remember seeing it a while ago and I did so with a few seconds to spare when leaving comments for an unscrupulous rip-off merchant and I've managed to find another one of those skunks that needs a 'slanderous' hoof in the balls!
I won't let such fcukers off the hook as I think it's bent when some sellers have 100% records despite stealing money from unsuspecting buyers - I suspect that for relatively small amounts, the song & dance trying to get a refund just isn't worth the hassle fro most people.

I don't understand your question. Why not just leave negative feedback as per the normal route?

Make sure you don't write something that can enable the seller to get it removed.
I think the seller is given the right to reply to negative feedback. This is as it should be.

I've only done it once before and I did choose my words carefully...although it was very insulting, it was factual and that feedback is still there from last January.
I do agree that for small amounts plus the cost of sending it back,a well chosen neg is far more satisfying and economical.
The bastard LIED in his advert and I'm sick & tired of being inconvenienced either by returning stuff, spending an eternity complaining to eBay or like most of the time, just throwing in the towel and letting the fcukers get away with their blatant fraud - I'm sick of these scum and I'm gonna retaliate in the best way that'll hopefully hurt their pockets.
A pair of jeans that were NOT new and in perfect condition as stated...they were frayed at the hem!

Check your ebay receipt of this item it may contain the sellers address, if so a Molotov is a delightful cocktail that you can show your appreciation with for the frayed jeans.
MMH - I'm not arsed about that...the only language they really understand is MONEY and hopefully my feedback will cost them a few quid in the future because EVERYONE whop uses eBay is very much influenced by a 100% record...which they won't have after tonight

Their 'resolution centre' is appalling - it's NEVER as simple as contacting them once as you're constantly playing email tennis (over many weeks) with their idiotic employees!

I would say take him to court but one wouldn't expect the purchase of jeans to end up with legal wranglerings.
I think you're overstating the 100% feedback. Most people don't look!
If they were listd as NEW then get straight onto a complaint via the resolution centre

Never used their resolution centre but I deal with plenty of people who have. From what most say, I think that the preferred method of filing disputes is to do it through PayPal instead of ebay.

the worst sellers are actually reputable businesses & power sellers , I find the average joe bloggs the best kind tbh
Ebay were in agreement with me but I was determined that I wasn't gonna have the inconvenience of sending them back - I just couldn't be arsed!

I agree. Go through ebay and get your money back.
I would advise sticking to sellers you know and trust. I've bought magazines on ebay described as being in "brand new and mint condition" not even worthy as being classed as average condition. I've never failed to get refunded.

The buyer has all the power on there. Basically, you can return items for any old BS reason and you'll win the claim.
Don't bother emailing ebay they couldn't give a flying fcuk

yes because somehow water also got inside it and when shaked you could here water in between the tin , so it would have been dirty water or cider as i used for cider after tea some time later , ( cant use metal cup for hot tea with no handle )

I know the cup you're talking about, they do let water in and it's got a black plastic handle, think I put mine up in the loft somewhere.
i remember i bought a cd it said it could pick up police signals and all that giberage , all i got was fuzzing on every channel got ripper off, re-sold it on ebay
water gets through a little gap where the handle fits in, the cup is hollow and has a layer of air inside to keep your tea hot. Well it was a nice idea if it was sealed properly.
we just had cheap ones , proper handles will be welded on , those fecking ebayers
