They have ripped me off for a few quid by telling me I had not paid for my case, have tried complaining to so called customer relations, but its like talking to a brick wall.
Thinking about going to small claims court and suing the bast ds.

just tell them you are cancelling the credit card payment and if there is no response go ahead and cancel as they didn't provide what they were paid for
