sheer greed and stupidity by the tenant owed £8.5 rent and has £8.5 million dollars in the house ,will lose the lot and go to prison for a good stretch ! he is a student he says ,thought all students were potless ! why not just pay the rent on time and he would have been sitting preety on £8.5 million dopey khoont 1

Excellent stuff from the govt.

Mum with 6 kids got the housing benefit, not the landlord, and ran up a £10k arrears bill.

Got evicted, but only after the low life scum had trashed the owners house.

She has spent £4k so far putting it right, and the lowlife got rehoused by the council.

Also not paid any of the arrears.

Maybe if there were less people doing buy to let a mum with 6 kids could afford a house.
