I've never owned a tablet but quite like the look of these (64gb) in Gold , as are almost the power of a laptop now with 1.5 gig & 3mb ram
Have always thought Ipads a bit gimmicky , would you say they're overpriced or should I just spend a bit extra for a decent laptop instead

youre basically asking if you should buy a nice polo shirt or a good coat.
I use my ipad quite a lot but it doesnt replace a laptop imo

If you want a tablet, why not buy an android one at 2/3 or less of the cost?
Or a Microsoft Surface 3, which IS a decent laptop and a tablet.
