A man I know age 90, is still Very Sharp in Mind, but his eyesight is Desperate, his Wife died 5 months ago and Her Will has been settled,
For some unknown reason, the Solicitors he deals with are Demanding the Combination Code to his safe,
it is kept in his house, important documents and Jewellery in it, no cash.
He gets on well with his Son and he probably has the code,
Why are the Solicitors demanding this?
and does he have to Divulge it?, he is Not happy.

if they are his appointed excutors of his estate or LPA... then they need the Combination Code to his safe in the event  death or serious ill health and losing mental capacity.

nothing alarming about the request

Madness Vel.
He's astute btw. £2m we cant pay back so what does he get in return? He'll end up with the lot for nowt.
Loans aren't what we need. We need someone to come in and get us living within our means.

If he owns the image rights and strips, etc...what is that worth per year? £5-10 million...? So he then LOANS some of that money back to Rangers...?

They talk about the millions hes put into Newcastle.
All debt owed to him and he makes millions out of them with free publicity for his sports company, strip deal and return on investment.
Rangers get approx. £1 a strip through the deal we have with him.
He's no mug.

Think the Newcastle fans tried a boycott of his stores, but strips were on sale at stadium shop...say £55...200 yards down the road he sold them for £40 or some such in his shop...boycott didn't last long.

I liked what the Rangers fans did in his Glasgow stores - trying to buy stuff off the peg for a QUID - good on them......rebels...Excited
