Looking at switching mortgage with Lloyds (deal coming to an end with them).

On their switching mortgage page, they have three deals that seem to have identical terms - same LTV ratio, same length, same early repayment charges, all at no product fee. Yet one is 2.19%, one 2.24%, one 2.34%.

Why? Why would you opt for a mortgage at 2.34% over one at 2.19% with all other variables identical? What am I missing?

Roger, some mortgage deals with Lloyds offer lower rates if you open or already have a Lloyds bank current accout.
Club Lloyds I think they're called.

Drop down:
*switching deals
*fixed rate
*repayment

Then click find mortgages. The top three look identical apart from you can choose between a better rate or a worse one.

This isn't actual help, but have to agree with Roger that is strange of Lloyds to put up those identical offers.

I thought maybe the lowest rate was online only, but no, apart from the rates they are as identical as the minstrels in an ahem bag of minstrels.

I notice when you try a few made-up numbers in for what you want to borrow, provided LTV is
