I'm told by a medical expert that the royal family have CAT and CT scans every 2 weeks and as a consequence are never stricken down with life threatening conditions.
I've never seen or heard of any family with such a history of longevity as the royals.
Why if prevention is better than cure doesn't the government get every member of the UK scanned every week?

If everyone looked after themselves like the House of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha then they to could enjoy longevity like them, perhaps.

CAT and CT scans for millions who ingest processed ingredients which shock and clog their internal mechanisms would be a long, pandering fruitless process.

Perhaps in the future we will all have our own CAT/CT scanning device. A mobile phone app of some kind.

The present queen's father died at 56. Her paternal grandfather died aged 70. Her sister was 71. My family can claim similar longevity to that and we're definitely not blue-blooded!

By the way Prince Philip has been dead since 2011, his public appearances are down to a modern medical breakthrough, it is the first of it`s kind. He is a zombie.

Her sister should have been dead long before however.

A weekly or fortnightly CT scan would be dangerous -- all that radiation mounts up.

Probably more to do with a great diet from the Buck House chefs and moderate exercise: even walking around shaking hands beats sitting in front of a laptop all day.

I'm inclined to think that the OP is taking the pee.No doubt that they lead a pampered life and have the  very best of medical care with various screenings but not as described above.

Meanwhile,a near neighbour who was a fellow socialist and a London bus driver lived to be 101 and a half whilst his wife,a dear friend of mine, died within 6 months of her one hundredth birthday.Looks like you do not need money to be old,but obviously it helps.

Heavy smokers.
Princess Margaret allegedly smoked 60 Chesterfield a day.

I have been told from someone, who would be in a position to know such things, that the queen has the odd smoke, menthols apparently. However he has no idea how many a day she may smoke...

Mad dog, my mate was in the marines with Edward and the only medal he could possibly have got was the crying one, he was hated by everyone.

Prince Philip is the only one that earned them mad-dog.
Refused a safe posting during the war and saw many a battle.
Prince Edward however got them for services to cleaning.
