Not necessarily, I recall Milburn standing on picket lines fighting to save Sunderland shipyards closed down straight after nationalisation ( no success there.eh?).He may be New Labour but has always come across OK to me,left leaning but no extremist appealing to the wider majority rather than the narrow minded.

while he was talking they should have showed the photo,s in the mail from 2 weeks ago which showed the conditions the working poor were living in the late 60,s and early 70,s
after looking at them there,d be no more talk of poverty till sensible targets,parameters are made
