Great presenter, love his slight grumpiness. Far better than Nicky Campbell.

Peter Allen is one of the best presenters on BBC radio imo. Rhod Sharp is good too.

Agreed I wish he could get the gig for the full 5 days as I cannot be doing with Chiles and don't get me started about the woman who does the afternoon show with Dan Walker.

Really disappointed Peter Allen has moved from the drive time slot. A fantastic presenter who made stories worth listening to even if they weren't something you were interested in. Good knowledge, grumpiness with a touch of humour, never afraid to give anyone a hard time if he thought they were talking b*llocks.
