Bullying in the workplace

Going to be discussing this on LBC later after Kevin Pietersen claimed there was a bullying culture in the England cricket set up.

If it's a boss bullying a subordinate, it's one of the worst forms of bullying imo. The victim probably feels powerless and it wouldn't be an exaggeration to say it can end up ruining their life.

On the other hand, in some environments, you can't say a word without being accused of being a bully.

I remember when I played cricket the racism was worse than the bullying. One day into the laundry room and someone has put a 'whites only' sign on one of the washing machines.

Yeah, I remember something similar at my local athletics club. Someone had put up a 'fast coloureds only' sign in the laundry room
