Recently went out for a meal in a small restaurant and felt IBS pains so went straight for the bogs. Only one toilet for the blokes which was engaged so had to run into the ladies, thankfully empty.

But what do you do if there's no toilet available, run into the kitchen and ask the chef if it's ok to sh*t in his sink?

Any decent remedies out there?

Did people have IBS in the 60's and 70's? I've got a good memory and I can only recall it ever being known as having a bout of Delhi Belly or the tom tits.

Mind you, nobody was bi-polar in those days either, they were just called good old fashioned schizophrenics back then.
