I seem to recall that a member of the band (not the guy in the clip who's also dead sadly)died in the Lockerbie bombing. I didn't follow the band avidly, so may have got mixed up with someone else.

Paul Avron Jeffreys (13 February 1952 – 21 December 1988) was an English rock musician and bassist. Jeffreys played bass on the first two albums of Steve Harley & Cockney Rebel, and later worked with a number of British bands, including Be-Bop Deluxe, Warm Jets (1977-1980) and Electric Eels (1980-1981).[1][2] He died at age 36 in the Lockerbie bombing along with his wife Rachel Jeffreys (née:Jones); the couple were celebrating their honeymoon.[3]

was a big fan in the late 70's and was determined that if I ever owned a horse outright, I would call it Futurama. Then they had that damn TV series so everyone would have thought it was named after that! Stage Whispers/Jean Cocteau..John Leckie was a fine engineer.
