one coffee in the morning then tea and water for the rest of the day. No Milk.

Tea first thing in the morning then coffee, espresso strength the rest of the day. No milk or sugar in either, they just mask and destroy the taste.

Tea first thing and now and again if thirsty. Good quality coffee rest of the time. Always with dash of milk, strong and no sugar.
