think the voice has gone ib, but so have my childhood memories of debbie wearing skimpy dresses and no knickers
clearly not as good when in her prime, but much better than the likes of mccartney or other oldies.
It`s funny how Jazz legends get better and more appreciated as they get older, while pop stars just look silly, the Rolling Bones being a prime example.
sarah cox and jo wiley love themselves and should never be on radio 2.

i watched a docu on him about a year ago, struck you as a real down to earth proper bloke

I bought a violin cheap on ebay but when it arrived it had no strings. I tried to get my dough back but failed as the advert clearly stated:

Old woman down the road was trying to sell her Steinmayer piano and asked if I could help her. "No problem", I told her, "I`ll sell it on Ebay for you". "Great", she replied, "But how are we going to post it?" 
Easy to forget just how big ELO were and how many hits they had. This is pure class.
I may be wrong, but I think Bevan the drummer was the only guy to play in all 3 groups, i.e. The Move, Wizard and ELO.

I`ve been lucky to see ELO at least 10 times in Concert. Brilliant live Group.
I think he was initially elise but I may be wrong.
Not in Wizzard.That was his ex ELO mate (briefly) Roy Wood.

Yes indeed kenny - and Jeff seems genuinely delighted by their reaction.
True kenny, Wood, Bevan and Lynne were all in the Move and when they fell out, Wood set up Wizard and the other 2 ELO. All extremely talented and classically trained musicians.

On the EP of Mr Blue album is a bit of garbage at the end but it actually says "Please turn me over" for the old 8 track players in cars

I also forgot how good ELO were.As someone of a much advanced age , what a pleasure it was to see that. Absolutely first class.

Excellent performance. It was billed as Jeff Lynne's ELO as he shares the rights to the name ELO with Bev Bevan. They fell out when Bevan formed his own version of the group in the 90s with other former members. A shame they couldn't make up for one day and perform on the same stage.
Thin Mr Bevan sold his half to Mr Lynne when he stopped performing in ELO Part II
That's what I thought as well,626. Maybe Jeff opted not to call this line-up ELO voluntarily.
My uncle had a nightclub in the 70's , burnt down unfortunately ....I have some of the records from it , including Livin' Thing.

During my courier driving days I once delivered a "package" to Bev Bevan's home. Stuck in the middle of nowhere and only an odd name for an address to go by, I stopped and asked some local farmers for a pointer in the right direction. They were rather disparaging about him.

Despite being FAR too young to appreciate ELO... Mr Blue Sky, Diary of Horace Wimp, Last Train To London & Telephone Line are effing CLASSICS. (hello Anubis, hope you're keeping well mate)
