i manage a small family owned department store and recently had a visit from local fire officer who asked for our fire risk assessment and all records to show what training we had given to staff etc. in the event of a fire.unfortunately most of what we had which wasn't much had disappeared so got to start again from scratch..not really my thing so anyone able to help with what I need to do or is it better to bring a company in to do it for us?
