The Shield is good for the first few seasons before it trails off a bit.

tbh i bought season 1 of bates motel on blu ray, watched about half the episodes and it was pretty good but then i forgot all about it. i get distracted too easily. ive got shows i started watching 6 years ago that i havent got round to finishing yet!
Oh I forgot - Psych. It's an under rated gem imo. Quirky crime stuff. Amuses me
will watch Psych Hank , anything that amuses you will do just fine

I think Alcatraz & Mind games might be worth watching , as are only short series too !
